Hallyu group TVXQ’s newest Japanese single has gotten off to a great start by selling 57,000 copies on its first day.
According to the Oricon charts, the biggest album sales ranking system in Japan, TVXQ’s 38th single ‘SCREAM’ has sold 57,070 copies on its first day, bringing the single album up to second place on the charts.
This single is TVXQ’s first in three months since their June single ‘Ocean’, and is a dance track with a strong beat that is heightened by U-Know Yunho and Max Changmin’s intense performance.
Even before its release, ‘SCREAM’ was chosen as the OST of the movie ‘Sadako 3D2′, as well as the theme song of many programs such as TBS’ ‘Hiruobi’ and ‘MUSIC BB’.
Meanwhile, TVXQ will also be releasing their ‘TVXQ LIVE TOUR 2013 ~TIME~’ live recording DVD on the 23rd of October.
