[TRANS] 130806 Kim Junsu, An Honorable Man

An action of gratitude for Jeri Slaughter who flew in from the US
A promise to tour an amusement park in Korea before his Busan concert

JYJ’s Kim Junsu has gifted a famous US choreographer with a ‘great present’ for coming to his aid.

Kim Junsu held his ‘INCREDIBLE’ Asia Tour on the 3rd and 4th of August at COEX’s D Hall to commemorate his second album. The two-day event featured world-renowned choreographer Jeri Slaughter and his dance crew to create a perfect performance. Kim Junsu has decided to keep his ‘small’ promise of taking them to an amusement park.

Jeri Slaughter has worked on Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey and Christina Aguilera’s world tours and was also the choreographer of Jennifer Lopez, Ricky Martin and the Spice Girls. He has also worked on JYJ’s worldwide album and Kim Junsu’s first solo album.

It wasn’t easy for Jeri Slaughter to take out two weeks of his busy career to help with Kim Junsu’s latest concerts, but he flew in to Korea four days before the first concert in an act of loyalty to the Korean singer. Thanks to his participation, Kim Junsu was praised for “an out-of-this-world performance.”

Kim Junsu wished to show his gratitude for the choreographer for all his hard work. This was when Jeri Slaughter expressed his desire to go to a famous amusement park in Seoul, and Kim Junsu has taken it upon himself to plan the event.

After his Busan concerts next week, Kim Junsu will be focusing on his role in ‘Elisabeth’ till early September, and will perform in Sydney, Australia on the 28th of September to continue his overseas tour.
