TVXQ’s sixth Japanese album ‘TIME’ has topped the Oricon Charts on the day of its release.
According to Oricon on the 6th, TVXQ’s new album ‘TIME’ topped the Oricon Daily album charts. Their new album ‘TIME’ has been released in three versions, with the theme centered around the past, present and future.
Their sixth album contains a total of 14 tracks, including the Japanese version of ‘Catch Me’ and ‘Humanoids’, as well as songs that have been released in their previous singles. The title song ‘In Our Time’ is a medium-tempo ballad that showcases TVXQ’s melodious voices.
The album sold a total of 160,719 copies on the first day and sold almost four times as many copies as the popular rock band ONE OK ROCK’s album, which came in at second place with 45,814 copies sold.
Meanwhile, TVXQ’s will kick off their ‘5 Dome’ tour on the 27th of April at the Saitama Super Arena and move on to Tokyo Dome, Osaka’s Kyocera Dome, Fukuoka’s Yahoo Japan Dome, Sapporo Dome and Nagoya Dome.
