JYJ are drawing attention for their interaction with their fans.

JYJ recently created an official account on the global messenger application LINE, which currently has over 10 million users. Through their official account, JYJ have been providing fans all over the world with a variety of content, from videos of them looking through scripts on location to photos of them rehearsing for their concert and audio recordings after various events.

Regarding this, a representative of C-JeS Entertainment stated, “If our official homepage and Facebook account are geared towards providing exact information to fans, our LINE account will allow us to approach fans with more ease through photos and recorded messages.”

They also added, “As JYJ have gained many overseas fans through their world tours, our LINE account is very meaningful as it provides JYJ with a space to easily communicate with fans.”

JYJ also stated, “We’re finding so much fun in exploring our LINE account. We can send audio messages and sticker emoticons. When our overseas activities start up again, we’re planning to leave audio messages on our overseas accounts as well.”

JYJ’s official LINE account is available in five languages (Korean, English, Japanese, Chinese and Vietnamese) in 13 countries (Japan, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Turkey, Spain, Singapore, Thailand etc.) After opening on the 27th of February, JYJ’s account has collected a total of 580,000 ‘friends’, including 70,000 people in Korea, 250,000 people in Japan and 180,000 people with English accounts, and the number is increasing by the thousands every day.
